Top sushi chef Amanda Bennett presents intriguing sushi and sashimi from the richly appointed, hand-crafted dining bar, utilizing the finest available Atlantic and Pacific Ocean fishes.
From the Grill Side, Head Chef Jamie Caudill presents top quality USDA Prime steaks, chops and grilled or pan seared fishes, followed by house made ‘small batch’ deserts.
The restaurant's elegant, yet comfortable environment showcases hand-crafted wall patterns created by Al McClain, the Master Woodworker from Warren, CT.
Advance reservations are not necessary, and the appropriate dress code is resort casual.
